The i2i Coaches will not permit any child to participate in the i2i Football Academy without a medical consent form signed by their parent(s)/guardian(s). By signing up to the i2i Football Academy you give your permission to allow your child to be given medical treatment either by way of first aid by a suitably qualified person or by a doctor. You also consent to your child being taken to a doctor or hospital in case of emergency. i2i Football Academy reserve the right to refuse an applicant based on the information provided in the medical consent form. No. As long as you have consulted your physician/doctor and your parents have signed the waiver, you are OK to participate in the i2i Football Academy sessions.

What happens if there is bad weather?
We always train. Football is played in all weather, so therefore we train in all weather. If however the weather becomes dangerous (lightning, high winds, floods, extreme heat, etc.) we will delay training until the inclement weather passes. There are places available to shelter in these circumstances.

What do I bring to the i2i Football Academy session?
All players must wear shinguards, socks and cleats during all outdoor training sessions. Each player is also strongly encouraged to bring their own water bottle, drinks, an extra t-shirt and money for snacks. Also, please ensure that players are prepared for both sun and rain. Please be sure to bring sunblock and a rain jacket.

When will I find out if I have been offered a trial at a professional soccer team?
A shortlist of players who have been identified as having the required ability for a trial will be seen by our coaches. Following this, our Licensed Agent and Coaches will be arranging trials with professional clubs; therefore there is no time scale on receiving invites for trials.

What happens if I am successfully scouted?
i2i Sports Ltd will contact successful players or players/guardians to discuss future opportunities.

Are there a specific number of trials available for players?
No. Trials will be given to players based on ability so there is no limit on how many players will be offered the opportunity. If we believe the player is good enough then we can arrange the trial.

The coaches and scouts that will be attending the sessions have experience with working with goalkeepers and will therefore be able to develop the technical aspects using proven coaching methods.
